POSIFLEX UPGRADE - CAMERA VISION FOR DETECTION OF BOTTLES
Your automatic unscrambler Posiflex with automatic change of format, is of the older generations. The new formats to handle introduce more complexity due to new shapes, colours and labels.
You can upgrade your equipment by changing the photo-eye system that detect the bottles, for a last generation camera system. Your change of format will continue to be made through the unscrambler HMI. No need to have skilled personnel with knowledge in cameras. Any settings can be done remotely by one of our service engineers.
Modification can be made during a weekend of line stopped. Settings can be done remotely under real production conditions. NO need to stop your line from normal production plans.
POSIFLEX UPGRADE - CHANGEOVER GUIDING SYSTEM
Your unscrambler POSIFLEX with automatic change of format, is of the older generations. After many years of changing the format automatically, the guides and bearings may be damaged, and accuracy is being lost.
Upgrade the system now and come back to the original smooth changeover. The base disks will not wear off anymore, instead, just change the rollers when needed. No need to modify the existing base disks even if they would have marks due to long time use. Modification can be made during a weekend of line stopped. No further settings are needed.
POSIFLEX UPGRADE - CHANGEOVER MOTORS
Your automatic changeover unscrambler POSIFLEX is of the older generations. After many years of changing the format automatically, the motors may not be performing as they did. You can upgrade them to the new motion system which will give you more accuracy, reliability while reducing in maintenance and spare parts (no use of transmission belts).
UNSCRAMBLER - AIR SAVING SYSTEM
Are you concerned about environment? Are you planning on a sustainable filling line? You can upgrade your unscrambler ACCESS N; POSIFLEX OR MASTER to fit the Air Saving System which will cut down air consumption to the half or even more.
Modification can be made during a weekend of line stop.
ELECTRONIC DEVICES
The good news is your POSIMAT is more than 30 years old and still performs as well as the first time. The bad news is that some electronic parts that make it work may have been discontinued already.
Do not hesitate to contact service@posimat·com Just send us an email indicating the equipment serial number and asking us which parts of your equipment are discontinued. We will inform you and suggest proper replacement part so that your unscrambler can still work many more years!
CONVEYORS SIDE GUIDES QUICK CHANGEOVER
We can upgrade your conveyors to fit automatic changeover or quick fit guides (format parts to avoid manual settings and loss of accuracy). Especially for those challenging shapes of bottles which need accuracy to be accumulated and conveyed.
