While this solution had worked for them in the past, its limitations in speed, high maintenance requirements, and inconsistent format changeovers had started to impact their growing production demands.
Commissioned in 1995, this factory—owned by a major dairy industry manufacturer—has not become technologically obsolete. Instead, it has continually adapted to meet the growing demand for its products. Located in Mexico, the plant now produces as much as seven of its European counterparts combined.
