The selective blowing system consists in controlling the pneumatic pre-selection circuit of the POSIMAT unscramblers, with the consequent saving of compressed air (and thus power) as main objective.
The new system thus enables activation of the air only when necessary, which means that the air jets do not blow continuously with the consequent reduction in compressed air consumption and noise level.The reduction of compressed air consumption is at least 50%, depending on the size, colour and rest of characteristics of each bottle.
This system is implemented as standard or optional depending on the equipment and can also be easily implemented in most for any existing equipment in about two days of line stopped (for a single bowl machine).Afterwards all formats should be tested and parameterized with immediate air and energy savings.
